Fully Automatic Mixing Production Line

In 2014, the company introduced state-of-the-art fully automated batching line equipment. The system features a more intuitive and visually immersive human–machine interface for control, with all processes—from material weighing and conveying to discharge and mixing—fully managed under system supervision.
The batching system employs imported sensors, with a weighing accuracy of ±20 g, enabling precise formulation-based ingredient dosing.
The batching line equipment boasts high production efficiency and consistent quality, with a daily capacity of 40 tonnes per shift (eight hours).
