    After being calcined at temperatures exceeding 2,000°C, first‑grade brown corundum exhibits enhanced hardness and sharpness, with grinding performance and wear resistance one to two times greater than those of conventional abrasives. This significantly boosts operator productivity and offers clear cost‑effectiveness, making it highly favored in today’s market. The abrasive cloth is manufactured using both imported and domestic materials; it is segmented into small pieces arranged in a fan‑shaped pattern for uniform distribution, ensuring optimal grinding results. Grit sizes range from 36# to 600#, with 60# and 80# being the most common. With an outer diameter of 4”–7”, it is mounted on angle grinders for grinding weld seams, deburring edges, and precision finishing. It can also be interchanged with cup wheels, offering advantages such as excellent elasticity, high efficiency, superior heat dissipation, and low noise levels.
