The national standard “Superhard Abrasive Products — Diamond Circular Saw Blades — Part 2: Sintered Blades” is submitted under the jurisdiction of TC 139 (National Technical Committee for Standardization of Abrasives and Abrasive Tools), implemented by TC 139/SC 3 (Subcommittee on Superhard Materials and Products of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Abrasives and Abrasive Tools), and supervised by the China Machinery Industry Federation.

　　The national standard “Superhard Abrasive Products—Diamond Circular Saw Blades—Part 2: Sintered Blades” was submitted under the jurisdiction of TC 139 (National Technical Committee for Standardization of Abrasives and Abrasive Tools) and is implemented by TC 139/SC 3 (Subcommittee on Superhard Materials and Products of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Abrasives and Abrasive Tools). The competent administrative authority is the China Machinery Industry Federation. The principal drafting units are Boshen Co., Ltd., Chengdu Huifeng New Materials Technology Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Youhe Tools Co., Ltd., Quanzhou Zhongzhi New Materials Technology Co., Ltd., Zhengzhou Abrasives, Abrasive Tools & Grinding Research Institute Co., Ltd., Xiamen Lizhi Diamond Technology Co., Ltd., and Heixuanfeng Saw Industry Co., Ltd. 　　The national standard “Terminology for Abrasives and Abrasive Tools” is submitted to and implemented under the jurisdiction of TC 139 (National Technical Committee for Standardization of Abrasives and Abrasive Tools), with the China Machinery Industry Federation serving as the competent authority. The principal drafting units are Zhengzhou Abrasives, Abrasive Tools & Grinding Research Institute Co., Ltd., Henan University of Technology, Tianjin University, Zhongyuan University of Technology, and the Sixth Design Institute of the Machinery Industry Co., Ltd. The principal drafters are Bao Hua, Zhang Liang, Li Zhengxin, Li Zhihong, Wang Qinsheng, and Zhao Xinli.

　　The national standard “Limit Deviations and Circular Runout Tolerances for Diamond or Cubic Boron Nitride Grinding Wheels and Dressing Tools” was submitted under the jurisdiction of TC 139 (National Technical Committee for Standardization of Abrasives and Abrasive Tools) and is implemented by TC 139 SC 3 (Sub‑Committee on Superhard Materials and Products of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Abrasives and Abrasive Tools). The competent authority is the China Machinery Industry Federation. The principal drafting units are Zhengzhou Abrasives, Abrasive Tools & Grinding Research Institute Co., Ltd., Suzhou Saili Precision Tools Co., Ltd., Shenyang Zhongke Superhard Abrasive Tools & Grinding Research Institute, and Xiamen Taiying Diamond Products Co., Ltd. 　　The national standard “Abrasive Abrasives—Sandpaper Wheels with or without a Mandrel” was submitted under the jurisdiction of TC 139 (National Technical Committee for Standardization of Abrasives and Abrasive Tools), implemented by TC 139 SC 4 (Subcommittee on Abrasive Abrasives of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Abrasives and Abrasive Tools), and is overseen by the China Machinery Industry Federation.
